Mobilove is a mobile dating service provided by Plutolife LLC. Mobilove can be accessed by text messaging the keyword “Mobilove” to shortcode 38 68 98 in the U.S. or by visiting the mobile website wap.mobilove.us

What is Mobilove?

Mobilove is the world's fastest growing mobile dating community - it's a fun and convenient way to meet other singles! You can search profiles and exchange text messages anywhere, anytime on your cell phone, either via Text Messaging (SMS) or the Mobile Web (WAP).

Is there an age requirement?

You must be 18 years of age or older to join Mobilove.

Will Mobilove work on my phone?

Mobilove works on most cell phones and networks. However if you're not sure about your cell phone's Mobile Web settings, try the SMS service instead.

How do I register a profile?

Mobilove Text Messaging (SMS) members: On your cell phone text message "MOBILOVE" to 38 68 98. The reply message will take you through the brief set-up process including how to create your profile.

Mobilove Mobile Web (WAP) members: Enter wap.mobilove.us into your mobile web browser. Otherwise look for Mobilove on your cell phone provider's mobile web portal under the Chat & Date category. Once past the login you'll be given instructions on how to setup your profile.

What are the profile guidelines?

To ensure an enjoyable service for all members, we have established the following guidelines for our review of profiles before we accept and post them. These do not represent every possible cause for us to reject a profile, but they give you an idea of what is unacceptable on Mobilove.

Profiles containing the following will not be posted:
  •  profiles longer than 70 characters
  •  graphic or explicit language
  •  personal information (full name, email, telephone, instant message id, url...)
  •  comments directed at specific members or Mobilove/Plutolife itself
  •  written in a language other than English or Spanish
  •  mention of illegal activities, violence or non-consensual acts
  •  solicitation or any commercial activity
  •  discriminatory text (racist, sexist, homophobic, ageist...)

How much does it cost?

Mobilove Text Messaging (SMS)

Mobilove SMS costs $0.50 for every text message you receive. There is no cost for messages you send. These charges will be deducted from your prepaid balance or appear on your wireless phone bill. Picture messages (MMS) cost $0.99 for every picture message received. Your cell provider's regular messaging costs are extra.

Mobilove Mobile Web (WAP)

The cost of Mobilove Mobile Web depends on your carrier:

For Boost and Sprint customers, Mobilove is a subscription service of $4.99/month for unlimited wap messaging and usage. You will also receive the occasional $0.50 text alert informing you of new visitors, or messages in your inbox. These charges will be deducted from your prepaid balance or appear on your wireless phone bill. Your cell provider's regular messaging and data costs are extra.

For Alltel customers, Mobilove is a subscription service of $4.99/month for unlimited wap messaging and usage. You will also receive the occasional $0.50 text alert informing you of new visitors, or messages in your inbox. These charges will be deducted from your prepaid balance or appear on your wireless phone bill. Your cell provider's regular messaging and data costs are extra.

For AT&T and Virgin USA customers, Mobilove is a FREE advertising supported service with unlimited wap messaging and usage. You will also receive the occasional text alert informing you of new visitors, or messages in your inbox. These will be charged at 50 cents per message received. These charges will be deducted from your prepaid balance or appear on your wireless phone bill. Your cell provider's regular messaging and data costs are extra.

For T-Mobile USA customers, Mobilove is a FREE advertising supported service with unlimited wap messaging and usage. You will also receive the occasional text alert informing you of new visitors, or messages in your inbox. These will be charged at 50 cents per message received. You will have the possibility to purchase virtual gifts priced at $0.50, $0.99 and $1.99. The maximum accumulated charge for any given Month is $30.00. + Std/Other charges that may apply. These charges will be deducted from your prepaid balance or appear on your wireless phone bill. Your cell provider's regular messaging and data costs are extra.

If you enable any opt-in text alerts they will cost $0.50 per message received. Regular messaging and data charges may apply. If you send any gifts within the application the pricing of these gifts will be shown in the application. Your cell provider's regular messaging and data costs are extra.

How can I include a picture on my Mobilove profile?


There are three ways to include your picture:

1. You can picture message (MMS) a picture of yourself from your camera phone to 38 68 98. (If available – check with your provider first)

2. You can email a picture of yourself directly from your camera phone to photo@mobilove.us.

3. You can email a picture of yourself from a computer to: photo@mobilove.us. Please include your cell phone number in the subject line and the picture as an attachment.

To change your picture, send a new picture message to photo@mobilove.us. Remember to send photos from your own phone number.


These are some important requirements for your picture:
  •  The picture must be of you and should not be offensive to others.
  •  No one else may appear in the picture.
  •  The picture must clearly display your face.
  •  The picture cannot contain any contact information.

Why am I getting SMS text alerts?

Text alerts tell you about new members who have just joined Mobilove that match your profile. From time to time you will also get messages telling you if someone sent you a message or visited your profile.

Will my phone number remain private?

YES! Your cell number is safe and will not be shared with anyone.


What if I need help?

To get a list of commands using the SMS service text message HELP to 38 68 98 after registering your profile.

How do I stop the service?

To stop the service at any time, send MOBILOVE STOP to 38 68 98. To rejoin send MOBILOVE to 38 68 98.
